“Raise The Bar”
Time to raise the bar of our faith. I know that most of you reading this are teens and young adults or are teens at heart like me. We say we are Christian but many do not live it. We say we walk with Christ yet we walk right into a place that God is not there. We say we wear the clothes of Christ yet we neglect to put on our armor of God in the morning and we put on the clothes of a prostitute. We say we resemble our creator yet we cover our faces with paint and makeup so that we look different. We say we want to be authentic men for Christ yet we treat our women with total disrespect and sometimes violence. Sorry but Jesus would never do that. In one moment we are speaking the Truth of Christ and in the next cussing like Jesus wasn’t ever there. We say we want to live like Jesus and then we pick up a cigarette or take a pill or put other things in our body to distort it. At one moment we are drunk on the Holy Spirit and then defile it with alcohol. You say you want to be more like Christ and you read His Word and then you pick up pornography. Jesus doesn’t just want your heart on Sunday. No, He wants it every day. It is time to raise the bar of our faith and truly walk the walk and talk the talk. Time to raise the bar so that when we speak as one voice people will listen instead of demeaning and ridiculing our faith. You want real faith and you want real church then show me! Don’t tell me you’re a Christian and then go get drunk. Don’t tell me you’re a Christian as you stick that fag in your mouth and light it. Don’t tell me you’re a Christian and then begin foul speech. Pick up your cross and carry it. Show everyone around you that you are “REAL” in your faith. Let me hear and see your faith. I double dog dare ya!

At that time many will turn away from the faith and will betray and hate each other,
